Add each item below to build a restock order, then create it. Receiving the order is what adds its units to stock; a shipping note is only the paperwork for the delivery.
Items are collected here one at a time — nothing is saved until you press Create purchase order.
Your group can see purchase orders but not change them. Ask an administrator to tick “Change purchase orders” for your group.
Edit changes the quantities or unit prices; receive adds every unit to stock. A shipping note attached to an order is paperwork only, so the order is still received here; cancel leaves stock untouched.

Collect the goods leaving the store, then choose whether saving the note processes it straight away or keeps it unprocessed.
Items are collected here one at a time — nothing is saved until you press the save button, and you decide then whether stock moves.
Processing removes every unit from stock; cancelling an unprocessed note leaves stock untouched.

Names are unique, so the note builder shows one entry per person. Set the commission each agent earns, then the Notes column counts the delivery notes they have taken out. Status follows the linked account: deactivating it or moving it out of the Agent group hides the agent from new notes.
Your group can see the agent list but not add agents. Ask an administrator to tick “Add delivery agents” for your group.

The businesses the shop sells to. A company picked on a delivery note fills in its name, TIN, phone and address, and the note still keeps its own copy of them.
Names are unique, so the delivery builder shows one entry per business. Pick a row below to change its details.

Record an incoming delivery as a document. A shipping note never changes stock — processing it only records that the delivery was checked, and the purchase order it backs is what adds the units.
Items are collected here one at a time — nothing is saved until you press the save button. Saving keeps the note pending; processing it later records the check on the paperwork and never changes stock.
Processing records that the delivery was checked and leaves stock alone; cancelling closes the note. A note no order uses yet is offered on the Purchase Orders screen, where receiving the order adds its units to stock.

Write off stock that is expired, damaged or given away as a sample. A processed note removes its units from stock; an unprocessed one only records the paperwork.
Pick why the stock is leaving, collect the items one at a time, then choose whether saving the note reduces stock straight away.
Processing removes every unit from stock; cancelling an unprocessed note leaves stock untouched.

Create accounts and decide what each group may open or change. The Administration group always keeps every permission.
The group decides which menu entries the account sees. Usernames are unique and sign-in details are kept apart from the profile. An account in the Agent group is also added to the Delivery Note agent list.
Pick a group and press Save. Deactivating keeps the account and its history but blocks sign-in; you cannot deactivate or re-group yourself.

Create a group here, then tick the screens and actions it may use below and press Save on that group.
Screens control which menu entries a group sees; actions control what it may change. Administration always keeps every permission, which is why its boxes stay ticked.
